At The Global Estimating, we prioritize the security of your financial information. All payments are processed through Stripe, allowing you to pay safely using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Once we receive your project plans and specifications, our team reviews the scope of work and sends you a formal quote. This quote includes details such as the project scope, turnaround time, deliverables, delivery date, and total service charges. Upon your acceptance, a secure payment link will be shared with you. You can make the payment directly through your device or contact us at info@theglobalestimating.com for assistance.
Please note that once an estimate has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances. A full refund is only available if the project is canceled within one hour of payment, and this does not apply to urgent or rush orders, as work begins immediately upon confirmation. After the one-hour window or project initiation, whichever comes first, the service becomes non-refundable.
Each estimate includes one complimentary revision, provided the request is made within five business days of delivery. Requests made after this period, or any additional revisions beyond the first, may incur extra charges. Additionally, any new information, files, or changes provided after payment will be considered a revision and evaluated accordingly.
If you require confidentiality, please notify us in writing so we can prepare a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by both parties. In the absence of an NDA, The Global Estimating, a company under Aftab Global LLC, reserves the right to use non-sensitive information for marketing purposes. This may include the use of client names, company names, logos, project names, cost estimates, and drawing samples for portfolio or promotional purposes.
Our estimates are designed to serve as professional guidelines to support your final pricing decisions; they are not intended to be fixed or guaranteed bids. We do not provide insurance, warranties, or financial guarantees. While we utilize RSMeans data to ensure region-specific material and labor pricing based on your project’s zip code, actual costs may vary depending on contractors, vendors, installers, and local market conditions. That said, we remain available for follow-ups, clarifications, and reasonable adjustments to ensure your confidence in moving forward with your project.
